High intensity interval training – intense burst of boxing techniques, such as boxing drills including footwork and ab exercises – all focusing on fitness and toning. This type of training gets & keeps your heart rate and burns more fat in less time.

Please bring your own boxing gloves, mat and towel to every boxing session.
